Refund Policy

INTRODUCTION

If you are not completely satisfied with our Services for any reason, please review our return, exchange, and refund policy (“Refund Policy”) below.

This Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. Terms which have not been defined or stipulated in this Refund Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the definition(s) or provision(s) of the Terms of Service.

COOLING-OFF RULE

You may cancel your purchase, without penalty or obligation, for any reason at any time prior to midnight of the third business day following the date of the delivery of your order by sending us an email. Please include your order number and product details in the email. To cancel your purchase, you have to contact us at support@cookfactor.com immediately.

If you cancel your purchase within such three-day period, we will refund the full amount of your order as soon as reasonably possible.

RETURNS

We are only able to accept the return of the item if the item is in brand new unopened condition.

REFUNDS

You acknowledge that may provide you with a full refund only if (1) you have not received your order within 30 business days (excluding weekends and publicly-recognized holidays) from your order confirmation and payment processing until the delivery of your Product; (2) in case of a significant failure.

We will issue a full refund or replacement for a Product if there has been a significant failure. You have the discretion as to whether you receive a full refund or a replacement Product in the event that there has been a significant failure. For the purposes of this Refund Policy, significant failure is defined as a product which (1) has such a serious failure that, if you had been aware of the failure prior to purchase, you would not have made the purchase;(2) differs significantly from the descriptions given on our Site; (3) is substantially unfit for the purpose for which the goods are generally used.

Please note that you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the Product in case of a significant failure only if you contact us via email or regular mail within thirty calendar days from the delivery of the Product. Otherwise, you are not entitled to a refund or other compensation.

If the product is not of acceptable quality but only has a minor failure (defined as any failure which is not a significant failure), we have the discretion to offer you either a full refund or give you a replacement product.

We may remit a refund only to the same payment instrument (either credit card, service providers, or wire transfer) from which the payment was made. If the same payment instrument is unavailable any more, the refund to a distinct payment instrument may be remitted only at our sole discretion. In a case when we have reasonable suspicion of potential fraud, money laundering, or illegal cash-out, we shall dismiss refund without giving any reason.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to 7455 Arroyo Crossing, Suite 220, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89113, United States of America.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
